Went with my brother today to look at engagement rings. A small family business packed with amazing customer service and knowledge. We had called a number of the “chain jewelry stores” asking questions and got no where but from the moment we called A Touch of Gold we knew we finally found the right place for my brother to make one of the most important purchases of his life. Thank you for all your help. I know where we will be going for our jewelry needs from now on. Oh and the ring absolutely gorgeous!

Where do I begin........Tim and Wendy are wonderful people who run a top notch jewelry business. My dad had Tim make my mom's wedding ring a while back which is beautiful. I recently got engaged and Tim helped my fiancé get a ring that is stunning. Unfortunately the company we went through had some issues but Wendy made sure it was taken care of promptly and done right. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my ring. I can't thank them enough! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trust worthy high, quality jeweler. I will definitely be buying my bands and wedding jewelry from them!

We recently bought our wedding bands here. What an amazing business! Multiple co-workers had recommended it to us, one bought anniversary bands over 20yrs ago which are still showing their high quality. We love family-owned places, and these guys are both professional and fair in price. We had a specific budget set, and they didn't show us anything out of that range. I was originally looking for a plain gold band, but ended up getting one with diamonds for close to the same price thanks to Wendy doing some digging for us. This was also the only jewelry store that didn't make us feel uncomfortable. They had us look at different rings, try them on, explain the differences, and held our rings for the weekend while we talked it over. Didn't require a deposit, or signing anything, absolutely no pressure to buy. This to me is incredible customer service, you can tell they want to make sure you are making the decision that is right for you, not just what benefits them. I would absolutely 100% recommend them to anyone, without hesitation.

My mother and I both had jewelry made here years ago. Not only did they help with the design, but the finished products were beautiful and high quality.

I have had repairs estimated at the "fancy, you pay our overhead" jewelers....and then taken it to A Touch of Gold, and the repair was done expertly, without any fanfare, for less than 75% of the big stores estimate, I kid you not!! .....and the sales people are warm and friendly, honest and down to earth.

Lisa and Tim have been nothing but extremely helpful and accomodating. Whether it is purchasing new pieces of jewlery, battery replacment in watches, or designing new pieces of jewelry they are compeletly reliable. They are friendly, helpful and continue to offer their suggestions. Each time I have brought a piece in to fix, new clasps, etc Lisa is nothing short of fantastic in helping me. There has NEVER been a time when they couldn't help me!

I had bought an engagement ring for my fiancée here. Lisa had showed me every possible option (In which there were many more options compared to ALL the other jewelers). I had found the perfect ring here. Both Lisa and Tim had worked with me on having two of the diamonds removed from the ring, and two blue sapphire's set into it (my fiancées favorite color). Not only did Lisa show me all of my options, but Tim had done an extremely excellent and very fashionable job at putting this ring together for me! From the customization to the inscription, this ring was more than perfect. I definitely would not think twice about going anywhere else. All the other jewelers I had went to were not honest and charged a very high price for very low quality rings. It's been two years and this flawless ring still shines as beautifully as when I had purchased it. I recommend a Touch of Gold to anyone who is looking for any type of Jewelery. They are very honest and professional at what they do!
