Mail pick up

If mail is sitting outside of the mailbox, it should be picked up. We pay enough for the stamps, and these mail persons make a good hourly wage as well as very good benefits. It's unacceptable that they don't have to pick up mail if the mailbox is attached to the house, especially when they park right in front of the house.
