We just bought a beautiful, modern office chair at Living Spaces, in Menifee. The sales person, Tony, was a pleasure to work with. He was easy-going and not pushy at all. In fact, every sales person we encountered was very polite and offered help, but none were pushy, whatsoever.

We also purchased a beautiful, modern sectional at this store last July. We will be coming back to purchase a bed for my daughter next month. They have an excellent selection with great pricing.

I give my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS for this store. You’ve got a customer for life!!!!

We are very frustrated. Bought a leather reclining couch, and it is beautiful, but have had it only a year and a half and the color is coming off the leather on one of the cushion headrest areas. It is all spotted. There are only 2 people in our home and while it does get daily use, this is ridiculous! EXTRA warranty we paid for won't cover it as they say it is "not peeling or cracked" and we are still paying on this! Will not buy from them again.

First let me just say the only reason they got 1 star is because it wouldnt let me complete this without it. Also, im sure who I am calling is not in Menifee but in the store they have messed up as well. All over ignorance. This company has got to be a joke. I appreciated that they did not work on commission and felt like I would be getting an honest opinion and order since I had not made a bed purchase before. While ordering in the store (on 07-14-13 - speaking to the "manager" of the department) we were told everything was paid for and that "estimated" delivery was 2 weeks but almost never takes that long. A week later my husband was looking at the receipt and the date on it for "estimated" delivery was 3 weeks from the date we ordered, so we called and it only got worse. The representative said they would call around and see what the actual date was and call us back- 24 hrs later we get a call that a piece that was needed was missing from the order and that we would ultimately have to pay more to get our order. My husband went into the store the next day and spoke to Jessica (he says very nice) and we paid part of the difference and we ok to move on (this was on 07-28-13). On Tuesday (07-30-13) I received a call stating that our order was ready and would be delivered today (08-01-13) and that I would get a call on wedneday to confirm a time frame...no call. today I call to get information and now whoever entered the "correction" entered the wrong sku number and now they are on back order and would be until next Wednesday. I asked to speak to a manager because at this point im done. She got on the phone and was very rude no hello just "how may I help you" and "ok?? sooo? do u just want me to return you your money??" OMG do not waste your time and money here.

This store sells cheap junk fr...

This store sells cheap junk from Asia and will not stand behind their defective merchandise.



I bought a side table that developed splits in the wood, and the warranty folks told me "it doesn't look like an accidental accident".



The remedy offered was a that I take my broken piece of junk to their facility in Rialto (a 100 mile round trip) for "repair" or that they would send someone here for $50.



Cheap crap, no customer service.



Stay away!
