Provided by YP.comI am insulted by Alton the store manager at this store location, he accused my boyfriend of stealing and stereotyped him because he is a guy in a "womens" craft store and assumes a guy doesnt know anything about crafts and needs help. That is not the way a manager should act towards their customers. They have lost me and my boyfriend as a customer. Beware!

Provided by YP.comWe've waited so long in this area for an Arts & Crafts store to open & Michael's didn't disappoint. The store is very nicely laid out & is nice & bright. But what this Michael's has over their other stores is the wonderful staff! If you can't find something, they don't just point (one of my pet peeves!), they will walk you over to the item. If they don't know, they find someone who does & come along so they'll know next time. If you need ideas for a project, they'll take the time to help you & patiently answer any & all questions. I just wish they could stay open 24/7!
