I have lived in Menlo Commons for 8 years now and think that it is one of the best options in Menlo Park. In the last 7 years it has consistently upgraded and renovated and is beautifully landscaped.
My neighbors are some of the nicest, most educated and kind people. I know Claudel the woman who made the horrible remarks about this place and know why she could no longer be here. Come visit the place and form your own opinion. The fact that this property has increased in value so incredibly well and no unit stays in market more than a few days speaks for itself.

I lived at Menlo Commons for three years and was on the HOA Board and can personally attest to the fact that the Board works hard to maintain a quality community not often seen in Common Interest development properties.
There is a genuine feeling of community at Menlo Commons, again not often found in other condominium complexes. Claudia M was definitely the exception and many times the cause of turmoil in the community. Her review is indicative of that type of personality.

What an outstanding oasis! We moved in 9 months ago and couldn't be happier: our complex is filled with friendly, kind, bright, considerate, highly educated and accomplished people. Our HOA Board works diligently yet prudently on projects to enhance the setting: resulting in beautiful landscaping, refurbished pool area, and upcoming plans to remodel and revitalize the hallways and lobbies so they reflect the owners' vibrant vitality.

The most discusting place I ever lived with lots of nasty people who have nothing better to do but complain.
Hal who runs the place is a real jerk too he thinks he knows it all .
Whatever you do find somewhere else to live it's not worth the headache and the noise of the traffic from Santa Cruz will definitely ruin any chances of a good night sleep unless your deaf of course.
Worst place I ever lived.They have been trying to rent this place for $5,000 a month ,what a joke and the owner is a Stanford professor and the cheapest person on earth.
In fact my bathroom sink was clogged up for 3 months and he refused to fix it so I finally called Rotor Rooter and the bill came to $300.and he refused to pay it.
The apartment no is A104.and the owner is Stan Brodsky. Oh and one more thing , the garbage trucks come in at 6 am and get the trash right ouside your bedroom window and all the windows are single pane .
Run as fast as you can. The people that run the association are pretty Damm useless and the manager doesn't know the truth if it were to wack him in the face.
This is an update as of March 20 ,the place has now been empty for a long time and he can't seem to rent it I really do believe in karma and he is truly getting his.
