The cupcakes for my son's wedding were good.
Do not expect to be treated with respect in the store. The Customer Service is outrageous. The person behind the counter treated me very rudely.

I heard from a reliable source that most of their cakes and frozen items to take home are from Sysco! Most everything has shortening in it-iDisappointing.

They are always willing to take time to walk you through a new process or make suggestions for alternative.

Owners nor their employees care about their "loyal customers" no longer a customer of this business

Our sample cake was free. When we placed our wedding cake order, the amount was subtracted. As for the size of the cake, it's so you can share it with you family members & wedding party. I think it's a fabulous idea! Both of our parents and siblings liked that they got to be part of the testing.

The other review was based on the cost of a cake sample only!



I have order many cakes from Cake & Bake for School and Family events. They are moist and the whipped frosting is extremely good - creamy and not too sweet. Most everyone has told me they really liked the cake and asked where I got it from. Cake prices for Sheet cakes are similar to grocery store - but the taste is so much better! They also have and array of things for making and decorating your own cakes - pastries, etc.

Was told wedding sample to be free, picked up and was $5! What a joke.



Cake was moist, huge sample of cake! No wonder why it's $5! Everywhere else we've gone has been free with a lot smaller realistic sample sizes. Frosting was butter cream non dairy which was a bit on the sweet side. Have to use non dairy for summer months only.



Still looking for our wedding cake.
