my regular barber was full and i needed a emergency haircut. stopped by and had no wait. my normal barber takes about 1/2 hour to cut my hair but here it was done in 10 minutes. they seem to be more interested in how quick they cut the hair then the quality. all females cutting the hair.

cost cutters price is about equal to other barbers. i think most of the barbers work to quickly. if you find a barber youlike,stick with them,they know how you want you hair cut and take the time to do it correctly but i don't feel many do a very good job. i'd go there as a last resort.

try to cut hair to fast and isn't really cheap. don't really like it.
