Loved it! The food was awesome. We had the combo dinner with shrimp and scallops. And that lemon sake, Wow! I could use a case for home.

My Family loves going to Ninja. We probably go at least every two wks. My Grandchildren enjoy going and are always thrilled with the food. We have tried other Japanese restaurants, but they don't compare.

I'm not sure what the last reviewer was talking about. Every experience I've had at Ninja has been at least what I expected if not exceeded my expectations. The staff is very courteous and I've never felt abandoned by my waiter even when the place is very busy. The sushi itself is great and the hibachi is very well done and well presented. Just avoid hibachi table 3, as if there's a party going on in the private room, it can get drafty as those folks come and go through their private door. Other than that I've never had a negative experience. Also, they do offer gluten free alternative ingredients upon request, for the few items on their menu that would otherwise contain gluten.

We had to go to the bar for our own drinks throughout the entire dining experience because the waitress was no place to be found once she sat us down.

There was a terrible cold breeze that was so cold our rice and vegetables were cold by the time our meat entrees were place on them. The food was coagulated and cold by the time it was done, and several of the people in our party of 12 simply took our food home to reheat it and eat.There were no subzero temperatures outside to account for this as it was only 34 degrees out that day.

Every single bill was made out wrong, and there were things on each bill that we were charged for that we didn't consume. We waited 30 minutes while they figured out each bill and made the corrections.

Although we made the reservation specifically as a "Birthday Dinner" they never sang Happy Birthday to our little boy of 5 years old as they sang happy birthday to several other patrons in the dining room (how sad is that?).

With all of that chaos, they never bought us a dink to apologize and our little boy was offered his birthday ice cream and they sang to him while we were all in our jackets with our to go containers waiting for them to get the bills straight.

Instead of it being like "Their" pleasure to wait on us, we were treated like it was "Our" pleasure to have them wait on us.

Our party of 12 will never go back.
