I will never step foot in any of their stores again. First of all, the sales person lied to me...Al Tools. He told me he could get my furniture in 2 weeks. Turns out, it is more like 5 months...yes, MONTHS. Then they sent me to 3 locations to look at floor models. All with imperfections. And with different price tags. They have a low price guarantee. If you find the furniture somewhere else, you get the difference refunded. I asked for a refund, because I found my furniture...cheaper...at another one of their stores!!! The manager pretends to punch numbers in on the computer and says I have been refunded the difference, but she can't give me a receipt or any proof. Turns out, she did not put any money back on my credit card! Called customer service over a half dozen times to get straightened out. Everybody treated me like I was stupid, and like I was an inconvenience. Very rude. I work with sales people at my job every day. We do not treat customers in this way. That's how you lose business. Steinhafels has lost my business. I will take my money and shop elsewhere. And, I told all of my co-workers, friends, and family about my experience. Save yourself a migraine and shop somewhere else!

have purchsed furniture at this store but can't recommend.

i have purchased furniture from this store and the price seemed very fair but hasn't held up very weel. screws falling out of the couch and love seat. wood breaking. the delivery people were very efficient.
