My laptop kept shutting down randomly, took it and received the free diagnostics. Fast turnaround on the repair. Turns out it needed a good cleaning and new thermal paste on the CPU. Thought I lost all my data and needed a new laptop,. Very happy with the service, up and running quickly!!

P C Doctor charged me for upgrades that I didn't need, returned my computer with the exact same problem that I took it in with, and they have the worst customer service!! I would not recommend these people. It was a nightmare!!

I have used this company for several years with outstanding service. They listen to what you need and do not over sell your business what you do not need. Freindly reliable service.
