Mr. Schembera created a extremely hostile environment with regards to a recent family matter, turning all family members against each other, using the children a pawns for his own personal gain by dragging out proceedings to increase his billing. After dealing with Schemberea our children were not speaking to each other any longer, they both needed extensive mental counseling, one of witch tried to physically injure herself. He advised his client to make no effort to resolve any issues between the parents and actually lied in court about particulars of the case, once again only to line his wallet by dragging matters out longer than they should have been. He is deceptive and disrespectful and suffers from delusions of grander. His ego and total disrespect for the family nucleus damaged beyond repair and any hope for our family to remain on a friendly basis after the completion of the divorce.



Divorce should not be about hate, and revenge, and pitting children against the parents and siblings for financial gain, but trust me, if you retain this spiteful man thats what you will receive. He is a perfect example for the publics destain of attorneys in general!
