Every time I have had a need for a plumber, I always call Duncan Plumbing. I appreciate their prompt reliable service. My sump pump issues were tricky to solve, but Duncan created an amazing back-up system to give me peace of mind at last. They are considerate & professional,making them my go-to contractor. Not only do they come when promised, their pricing is very reasonable too. I feel at ease when they are on the job!

Duncan Plumbing is a wonderful family business that you can trust. We've called them for several different plumbing needs in our home. From leaking pipes, to a new toilet, to simply installing a new kitchen faucet, Duncan plumbing did a great job! They are professional, honest and reasonably priced. What more can you ask of a plumbing business? I highly recommend this friendly, prompt, local business.

Called early morning and was very impressed with the initial phone contact. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Was able to walk us thru trouble shooting the determine the problem. They fit us in their schedule the same day to fix the plumbing. Gave us very good friendly prompt service. Would highly recommend.

We called Duncan Plumbing to help with a kitchen drain clog. We needed someone to repair right away that evening. Jesse took our call and instead of sending someone out right away (knowing it would be an expense and considered an emergency repair), she asked a number of questions to help identify the problem over the phone and walked me through what we could try before needing a professional. Her suggestion worked, and we were so grateful. She even asked that I call her back to let her know if it worked or not. We will definitely call Duncan Plumbing for any future issues. Thank you!

We had a leak of unknown origin. Josh was quick to respond, find the cause and provide several solution options. He provided great service and value. He previously replaced our hot water heater and we will continue to utilize Duncan Plumbing for all our plumbing needs!

I have been in my home for about 22 years and have had good support from service contractors. But Duncan Plumbing rises above them all. Making an appointment over the phone was easy and friendly and left me feeling I was in good hands and that I had made the right selection from among all the plumbing companies I could choose. When Josh arrived he proved that was true. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, informative, and efficient. He installed a water shut off valve in the area behind my refrigerator. He was neat and careful with my house, in spite of the awkward space and location of my pipes in the basement. I also had two powder room toilets that needed to be repaired and he had quick and efficient success in getting those to function in excellent fashion. I am beyond pleased with the whole experience. This is the company to use if you have any plumbing needs.

This was our first experience with Duncan Plumbing and we were very pleased. Jessie (who answers the phone) went out of her way to get us an appointment that was convenient for us, and she was very personable. When Josh got here he got right to work. He was efficient and didn't waste time, but he is also very friendly and polite. He completed five different things for us in just a little over an hour, and also gave us some advice and suggestions that we appreciated. He left everything clean and took all used parts with him. It can be hard to find experienced professionals, so it is a relief to have found such a good plumber. We will definitely call Duncan Plumbing in the future for any plumbing problems, and have no reservations recommending Josh to family and friends.

Excellent service. I had to have my power vent hot water heater replaced. Very pleased with the service, both on the phone and installation. The lady, who answered the phone, was excellent., She knew exactly what questions to ask so that she could select the correct replacement and give me a rough estimste, which I asked for. Turned out ot be correct. The installers, Josh and his son, were on time, prepared efficient and very professional, Excellent job

I called Duncan Plumbing regarding a floor drain in my basement that backed up and to find out what my options are with it. The gentleman that arrived was on time, courteous, professional and above all HONEST! It's great to know there are still good people and companies out there you can trust. I work at a 4 diamond hotel in sales and events and I was thoroughly impressed by the overall service level of the company. I've already recommended them to friends and family and will continue to use them as my plumber.

I cannot say enough about Josh and this company. I have always been happy with him. always professional he helped me through a problem while he was at his sons ball game. He has been to my house 4 or 5 times I could not be happier.

I can not say enough about how happy I am with the service I received. Josh arrived on time and had my leaking shower fixed quickly at a very fair price. He will be my regular plumber from now on.

Called in mid morning, explained problems having, someone was to call back. They blew me off and didn't call back. Had to call someone else.

Josh is straightforward, knowledgeable, and available. He's helped my family with large and small plumbing jobs, and Is always up front about options and costs. Whenever he does a job, he does it right. I highly recommend him!

There are a lot of things I like to do myself. Major plumbing is NOT one of them. Josh Duncan has been my plumber for the last year ever since I became disenchanted with the big name guys. Josh is knowledgeable, honest, and fair. What more could you ask from your plumber? Duncan Plumbing is a family owned business, and it shows in the great service they provide. I have recommended Duncan Plumbing to several neighbors/friends, and will continue to do so.

I first saw Duncan Plumbing as a sponsor on a youth baseball team. Since my first call, I have been very impressed with Josh's knowledge. He has made several repairs at my older residence and is always very professional and timely. I can get appointments within a day at times that are convenient for me. We have replaced entire toilets, a garbage disposal, leaky faucet handles, a leaking shower drain that leaked through a ceiling, and deteriorated kitchen sink components. His price is always very fair and competitive. More importantly, he does quality work!

Phenomenal job! I called with an emergency on Memorial Day week-end because I tried to repair and broke my external hose faucet and could not turn the water main back on. Josh said he'd be here in 1 hour, came in 20 min early and had the whole thing fixed in no time. But aside from the efficiency of it all, he was just great to talk to, went straight to the problem, great quality and workmanship and totally professional, no fuss no mess. Will call him again!!
