I give this clinic one star only because I can not go lower. Dr. Mikhail is not only the worst physician I have ever encountered, but he is in the running for one of the worst human beings. From my first session with him, I was (falsely) accused of lying, treated like a criminal, and have been threatened on several occasions. I recently moved back to Ohio after retiring from the military, and sought a Pain Management clinic. The reason I utilized GLPM was because they were able to get me in very quickly, as opposed to most other clinics which scheduled several months out. I now know why it is so easy to get in. From my first session I was treated as if I were a junkie, and was accused of lying about the amount of medications I was currently taking. The reason for this accusation was Dr. Mikhail misread the fax from my pharmacy. Yet when he reread it, I didn't even get an apology for being called a liar. Dr. Mikhail constantly talks over you, not letting you get a word in edgewise. He WAY undertreats my pain, and has threatened me with cutting off my medication completely for trivial things (such as not wanting to proceed with a procedure I could not afford, ironically this was because I am unable to work as a result of Dr. Mikhail refusing to properly treat my pain.) In addition to being incredibly rude, he told me explicitly that he does not care how much pain I am in. If you care at all about getting proper treatment, go to another clinic. However if you need immediate relief, this clinic serves that purpose, but you will definitely want to be looking for a better clinic, using this as a bridge until you can see someone who actually cares. And the real shame is, the nurses and staff members here are some of the most pleasant and professional people you will ever meet. But please, for your own sake, find another clinic.
