My dog is small, 14 lbs and i had spoken with Kathleen over the phone about the previous bad experience i had with a groomer before my dog had gone to one that he really felt comfortable with and let groom him no problem. Unfortunately we moved and were in need of a new groomer- this is where found love is mobile grooming. after the grooming we were charged more than the quoted price and noticed after she had left that the dog had over 5 serious cuts on his belly and his nails were cut so short there was dried black blood all over his paws.



Kathleen did not tell us there had been any problem during the grooming (except that he was a "brat" ). I wouldve understood if she felt the dog was not comfortable and she could not safely continue after the first cut but to clearly have CONTINUED the groomer while harming my dog is horrible and upsetting.
