Provided by YP.comThis is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with, extremely unrealiable. NEVER take anything in here to be repaired. I used them once for a pair of soles on boots I loved, took forever to be fixed and once I finally got them back, they are unwearable. Made a second mistake of taking a purse in to be stitched where the seam was coming apart. Went back at least 8 times to pick it up, different excuses every time why it wasn’t done. The woman ever took my number 3 times promising to call and never did. I finally went in and told her to just keep the purse, it was over a year of waiting for it to be fixed. She never even apologized! Horrible, disgusting place, never go there if you want it back!

Provided by YP.comThey are hardly ever open during their posted open hours. I have called them at 8:15 on a Monday (they open at 8am), no answer. I have stopped by in midmorning on Mondays and Fridays. Open light is on, doors are locked, no one is there. I dropped off shoes to be repaired a month ago, and have been getting the same song and dance about "making them really perfect". My shoes have been untouched. I prepaid because I am an idiot. I am going to have to pick them up without the repair.

Provided by YP.comHad them resole a pair of boots. First they required two weeks. I came back in two weeks and they needed a few more days. Came back in a few more days and they needed a few MORE days... "to make them really perfect". When they were finally done, it was a hack job. The part above the sole (midsole?) was gone, the entire sole was now just the thickness of the vibram outsole. The heel portion was attached with drywall screws and the rest started coming unglued within days. The gore-tex liner was cut so they were waterproof no more. My favorite boots are now junk. It boggles the mind that these inept hacks are still in business. Maybe they do other stuff well, but keep them away from boots.

Provided by YPmobilethis place is ridiculous. I took my shoes in almost 3 weeks ago. And said there was no rush. The woman said it would be about a week. So I go back in a week and she said it would be a few more days. So I go back and after another week she said she had some power problems and would be a few more days. So I just go in now and she says they're not ready and would still be some more days and she could drop them off. I said forget it I want my shoes and deposit back. So she hands me a bag with my shoes and boots and they weren't even touched… This place is terrible

Provided by YP.comWow, what horrible customer service! Before my moms business trip her heel tip broke so she asked me to get it repaired while she was away. I found Pavo's through a google search and went in. The lady was nice when I dropped it off but I thought it was odd I had to pay the entire price up front. She.promised it would be ready in a few days. After the promised date my mom was back in town and she went to pick them up but the store was closed. So she traveled back to her home out of state. I went to pick them up and the lady gave me a hard time not having a ticket. I told her the situation and that I already paid...she said she would look but didn't have anything matching my shoe description. After she said she didn't have my shoe she went back to saying she wouldn't give it to me without the ticket. She refused to even accept a picture of the ticket that my mom could send me. She stated she didn't have time to look for my shoe because she had other customers to take care of. (No one else was in the store!) I would never go back or recommend it to anyone!
