I recently decided to visit platos closet in mentor to view there selection of means wear. The store is a bit cluttered but the clothes are very nice. They have all the latest trends and popular brands but there customer service is horrible. First I could not get anyone to help me because the girls working there were flirting with some other men in the store. I dont think they were customers because they were not buying anything. When I went to the counter to ask for help I was rudely told in one minuet and she went back to her conversation. From that point on the people in the store were very rude and disrespectful. After completing my purchase i was not even told thank you, very unprofesional. I will not be returning and if u value customer service you wont either.
