I found the manager (just recently) to be extremely helpful. In fact Id have to say he's one of the best managers i've come across yet in any cell phone provider store. I'd have to say otherwise about the grafton store.

Do not patronize this store. They are all commissioned sales people, especially the Manager. He will do anything it takes to get the sale including bold faced lie. This is hard to write because I have done business with ATT for decades. The last trip in I explained my needs and told them the only requirement was that my ATT bill not increase. The Manager explained what I was getting and told me that on top of it all...my bill would decrease by $1.00 per month. Turned out to be a lie. It went up $23 per month (or $276 per year). When I called corporate they told me that he had not explained it fully and reminded me "you know they are on commission, right? Hard to believe, huh?Found out it would cost me $1,000 to stop doing business with this company. Just a fair warning...there are a lot of providers out there. Find one somewhere other than this store. Louie is bad news. I can not believe I am going to say this: Go to WalMart.
