Bad service. They have some rude and unprofessional loan officers.Our loan was assigned to Amanda, and she was hard to work with. We could never get a hold of her, she never returns our phone calls. She is very unprofessional, and it seems like upper management couldn't really do much about it. We decided to go to another place for a car loan.
