Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to fix our leaks and explained what he was doing the whole time. He even gave us advice on how to prevent future plumbing problems. Would highly recommend for any plumbing issues.

I actually found Bob Allen Plumbing in the Yellow Pages. I am new to the area and the article was professional so I gave them a try. Mr. Allen came out and installed my new gas cook top. He was on time, very friendly, reasonably priced, polite and did an outstanding job. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company for your plumbing needs. His service just couldn't have been better.

Today (12/128/09), during the holiday season, I needed a plumber for a clogged drain that I could not unclog. I went through the yellow pages (here online) and every plumber I called would not answer their phone or it was disconnected!!! Also, one plumber said he would pay a visit next week!!! I honestly called around 6 other people to no avail! The listing order I got was not in alphabet order, which I wish it were because Allen would of been the first one to call! I can honestly say that he fixed our clogged drain in 10 minutes or less and came as soon as he could the same day!!! He is a very honest individual and he even found a gas leak in our boiler and fixed it!! He told us EXACTLY how much everything would cost before doing it and viola! the total price was EXACTLY what he said would be!! Thank you very much Allen, I will definitely reference you to other people and use your services again. Thank you!!!!
