I rented from Debra for about 6 years. Having 4 kids she gave us a chance and all we had to do was pay our rent on time and don't trash the place. Sad I had to walk away due to my own personal problems. I would rent from her again. I give her a 5 Star

My name is Debra and not D. I am nice and friendly. If you don't pay your rent I will remove you from our unit. We do not keep the deposit, the deposit is forward to the owners of the properties. I am sorry the one review is unhappy with me. But after 9 years and only one person is unhappy I am going to give myself a five.

She is a Professional evil game player and a liar sweet talk and nice to your face...Do not get any service from her...All she does just taking your money rental and deposit money...you can for get about get refund not a Penney...
