Better and more courteous than subway

Spent 30 bucks on two sandwiches and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. Everything left much to be desired. Asked for wheat bread, had a conversation with the cashier about it and was given sourdough instead of what we ordered (wheat). Receipt even said sourdough. Ordered the steak and cheese pannini, a hot sandwich. It came out cold...cheese wasn't melted and the bread was so hard couldn't hardly bite through it. Very mediocre food which can't compete with subway, Togo's or Quiznos. First time ever eating at a Panera....most likely the last time. TERRIBLE FOOD for $30.

was truly excited that we were getting a panera in this town I went on the first day and got a salad. next day went and got a few mango smoothies and some sandwiches. was very unpleasantly surprised to find chunks of hard plastic inside the smoothie and the manager not seeming one bit empathetic, when simply asking "do you want another one?" it might have been an honest mistake but the way it was dealt with was what made it worse for me. Just wanted to let you know to be careful. ...
