Erica arranged a fantastic tirp to London for my cousin and myself. She recommend the upstairs seats on BA to London and we LOVED them - they were so spacious, quiet, and comfortable. We will never sit anywhere else.She arranged an upgrade at the Flemings Hotel in London which is now our faviorte hotel. The transfers all went smoothly and it was so reassuring to have someone meet us at every stop with a friendly sign to take us to our hotels.We had another memorable trip because Erica is really good at what she does (of course we already knew that)!Monica
