Busara "A" Vijitkomol, Owner of Anise Thai Cuisine & Pon Proem Thai Restaurant on Mercer Island, knowingly, deliberately, routinely, and currently hires illegal Thailand Immigrants to work at her establishments so that she can cheat them out of money simultaneously extort the illegal Thai Immigrants that can not obtain "US Green Cards". Ms. Vijitkomol most recently hired a 60 year old employee nicknamed "J" (real name: Darrunnee) last year June, to whom is now 61 0r 62 years old. She pays this woman about $4.00 an hour cash to work 16 to 20 hours a day, 7 days a week, every week (slave labor). This lady "J" does not have a legal "food handlers card" or a legal "class 12 alcohol servers license", but still continues to process, cook, and serve food and alcohol without a hair net or the proper credentials... and she also knowingly is an illegal immigrant residing illegally in the US.Ms. Vijitkomol Knowingly, and Deliberately Violates Countless Misdemeanor & Felony Laws and is routinely legally consoled by a lawyer who is a member of her family: violations including but not limited to RCW: 69.06.010, 69.06.020,69.06.030, 51.08, - WAC: 314-17-030, 246-217-015Federal: Immigration Reform & Control ActIt is unlawful to knowingly hire an undocumented worker. 8 U.S.C. § 1324a(a)(1)(A). It is also unlawful to continue to employ an undocumented worker knowing that individual is not properly authorized to work. 8 U.S.C. § 1324a(a)(2). Employers who violate these provisions may be punished by civil fines. 8 U.S.C. § 1324a(e)(4)(A). Violations of these provisions may also subject an employer to criminal prosecution. 8 U.S.C. § 1324a(f)(1).- just to make a greedy dollar.This has been going on for years.
