Besides constantly receiving incorrect automated emails, this business admittedly owes me $135. They have promised to pay stating the "check is in the mail" but I have no choice but to file a small claims case. I even offered them an option to pay me $10/week with no reply. I support small business and appreciated the piano instructor, but this is not how business should be handled. I needed that money to pay my taxes. Because I trusted their word, I'm now stuck.

The staff at Peterson's have been nothing short of perfect. Their kindness and knowledge makes them incredibly approachable, and their mission to bring music to Mercer is one I can fully support as an aspiring music educator. As a small business, they do not have the selection of the big competitors, like Guitar Center or Reverb.com, but they definitely provide the essentials, and a little more. Their workers are more like friends than salesmen, unlike their larger competitors.
