Since Dec 2020, I feel that the overall care, attention and communication in the facility has declined significantly with many issues that occurred with my mother’s care. This has been extremely difficult and disappointing as she has been a resident there for 1 1/2 years. We are hoping things improve rapidly as administrators have been involved in these situations and have promised to work on the issues.

The care my sister Ann has been outstanding during a very difficult time.

I really appreciate Golden View's care for my spouse, especially during this pandemic. The staff just pulled together and worked very, very hard for the safety of the residents as well as the other staff members. They can be trusted with your loved one.

They have been taking care of my mom for a while she's finally going to stay there permanently they are so nice to her they're very special people it's a great place

I am extremely pleased with the care, concern, respect and affection given to my mother during these most difficult times. The staff has dealt with Covid and the pressures brought forth by it with such professionalism. Even with all of the stresses, they have taken the time to communicate with me and address my concerns without letting me feel like an intrusion. Most importantly, my mother feels safe and well cared for at Golden View.

I cannot thank everyone at Golden View
enough for the way your have cared for my mother. Especially during the Pandemic. This makes me feel so appreciative of all the staff to know that her care is genuine.

Communication has been excellent in spite of the Covid 19 virus.

Golden View has made my father comfortable as he has had to adjust to a completely different situation.The staff is very caring for his needs.

I am very pleased by the responsiveness and communication of the staff. My only wish is that there could be more activities for the residents at this time (we are still in protective status for the Corona virus.)

Golden View Health Care puts the resident first. They having a caring and loving staff and try extra hard to accommodate all the needs of their residents and their families. I l look forward to spending more time their after the Covid is over.
