The first time I called I too ran my tank low and called, spoke to a very nice woman and we had oil the next day. I called last Monday April 9th was told we would have delivery on Thursday. No show . My husband called again spoke w/ owner he said I had called and cancelled my husband stated we didn't cancel. He then said they would deliver this past Monday April 13th, still no oil. Tuesday, & Wednesday STILL NO OIL. Check dated 4/9/15 still taped to my door. Just sent email cancelling my order as I could not after 4 calls leave a message on cell #. Very poor customer service on 2nd call.

I was in desperate need of oil this weekend, luckily for me at the last minute on Friday I was directed toward Allicon Oil LLC The nice woman who handled my call assured me that they would be out here to my house on Sunday (today). I have a long, steep (icy) driveway that is very difficult to get up. The driver Fran, did everything in his power and made it up the driveway after a couple of attempts. At one point he even told me "don't worry, I'll get your oil in the tank even if I have to push this truck up the driveway."



In a day in age where you get transferrred to National call centers and get put on hold and deal with rude customer service reps it's so incredibly nice to find a family owned business where you actually talk to people in the state, who actually put the customer first. I couldn't recommend Allicon Oil enough. They will have my business from now on.



I just wanted to say that I've dealt with a few Oil companies lately and they've been at best unfriendly and rude. Being the lazy, irresponsible person that I am I let my tank run out. I called around trying to find someone who would come on short notice. One company who shall remain nameless told me it was my fault that I ran out and I would basically have to suck it up until after the approaching storm. It's so refreshing to have found a company that still values old time customer service.
