Terrible. Cheap work done to the apartments. For some reason they think their tenants are lying when they state an issue with the apartment. Other tenants experience the same thing. Bullshit unnecessary fees. Bad experience and will never live in another apartment by these people. They never fix any of the problems with the apartments and always complain about everything. Ive experienced more headaches here than in any other place ive ever lived in. What gets me mad the most is the fact that they mostly NEVER fix any problems ive told them about. Bad bad bad. never again.

I'm extremely disappointed with Meriden Property Management. First they make you feel they will take care of everything. But they prey upon our ignorance, charging fees for services that are not needed. For example they charged me $100 for changing the locks on the mailbox. I asked them why, and they said my tenant requested it. I asked my tenant and she was also surprised and they told her that I requested it. These people are liars and crooks.
