New Opportunities is a Community Action Agency serving 27 towns and cities in Connecticut with major offices in Waterbury, Meriden and Torrington.  We offer a variety of programs to assist low income individuals including: Energy Assistance, Elder Services programs, Senior Nutrition programs including Meals On Wheels, and Education programs including a child development center serving children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age.
