Sharon is nice, but a salesman with initials of K.D. doesn't care about the customer's satisfaction.

I purchases a Husqvarna HU550FH 22" self-propelled mower 3/24/2016 from Quality Garden & Equip.

After the first use, both the engine cable and the self-propelled cable rubs on the left tire. Also, both cables are in the way of the wheel adjuster and the engine cable is in the way of the hose-cleaner attachment.

I returned the mower to K.D. who said, "That all sales are final and that I should call Husqvarna if I am not satisfied."

I called Husqvarna Customer Support. They asked if I returned the mower to the dealer and said they would call the dealer. Several days later, I called Customer Support again. They said they were still working on it.

I told them that I had moved the cables from the outside to the inside of the handle and fixed it myself.

I would not recommend this dealer!
