My appointment time is always honored. The staff is kind and warm. Today, unexpectedly, my son had to have a mole removed from his ear. He is a sweet 9 year old, who sometimes struggles with doctors and needles. Mr. Steve Frelly went out of his way to make my son feel okay and to let him know everything he was doing. As a result, what could have been a traumatic experience, ended up being a great day with minimal pain and anxiety. Thank you for taking such good care of my boy!

I am giving this clinic a poor rating due to their poor patient follow-up. It is extremely difficult to see a physician, even for an established patient, and the usual wait for an appointment is 2-4 months, even if you have a history of skin cancer and a current unusual skin growth. I recently had a biopsy performed there, and after almost 2 weeks I am still waiting to hear the results. I have called them and been told that the results are back, and that I will be called back today...but still no call. I think this is cruel to the patient. My primary care physician refers to the clinic as "a circus", and I would have to agree. It seems like they over-schedule themselves. While the staff are qualified and competent, they certainly seem to lack sensitivity to patient needs and concerns. I once had them leave a message for me on a Fathers Day (a Sunday) advising that I had "aggressive and invasive" cancer and needed to call them back right away...of course the office was closed when I returned the call and no one answered the number that was left for me.
