I would NEVER bank at CHASE. I am a executer of a estate. The deceased had many banks that I've had to deal with, CHASE was by far the worst. The policy of having to wait 30 days to close a account when you have proof of complete power is absolutely absurd. Chase was the only bank out of 7 that had that ridiculous policy. Having called prior to going the first time only to find out I had to wait 30 days, then waiting over a hour to be told that. I have been given so many different answers for every question! I have had to wait at least 40 min at both branches prior to even getting service.... I'm sitting here again waiting to close out the account. Been 45 minutes so far. I WOULD AVOID THIS BANK LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!
