I came in with a leaking radiator hose. They replaced the hose for me. I drove 2 blocks down the road and the car overheated. I came back with it overheating to the max. I popped the hood and watched an employee spray cold water directly on the radiator with a cold hose for about a minute or two when I was standing there . The radiator exploded in his face. When I came in the car wasn't overheating. I left and it overheated. I came back and the radiator blew up from spraying cold water on a boiling hot radiator. I spoke to the service manager who stated that I don't know for sure that his employee spraying cold water on my overheated radiator caused it to explode. I paid 600 to have it fixed. 1 week later had to bring it back in cause radiator fluid was spraying everywhere and the car was overheating. They said it'd be another 300-400 dollars to fix. I asked for them to take partial responsibility for the radiator as if he didn't hose it down ( he was in a rush) then I wouldn't have needed to replace it. The service manager refused to take any blame whatsoever. The employee who sprayed my radiator then messaged me on Facebook about it where he admit to spraying at an earlier conversation I still have in my messages. Then later He denied spraying the radiator when I watched him with my own eyes!! This business is is very dishonest and was not professional at all when I asked them about it. The service manager was rude, sarcastic, and arrogant to me on the phone. I would highly suggest not going to these guys for any automobile needs.
