Does not respond to requests to have any repairs made. Even major things in need of repair will be ignored. Horrible company that doesn’t care about renters or treat them with respect.

I'm a current tennant to a Gem State Property Management rental and have been for approx 3 years. I had heard several negative things about Frank, but I chalked it up as gossip, and I am not a gossiper. Recently I had to deal with Frank for the first time in my rental history. It was an experience that left me an emotional mess. I was treated like a number, not a human. I felt bullied and intimidated. I felt threatened with eviction and told that I would not be able to manage the situation. I was not allowed to speak due to Frank interrupting me with each attempt I made to communicate. I do believe that Frank has forgotten that I am indeed a customer who pays for what he provides. I am a person. And I have never been anything but nice to him and Aleda. I respect people and it isnt ok when I feel mistreated by those I do business with. I am intelligent and educated and I did not deserve harsh words and a threat. It makes me sad to think that one day Frank will be at an age where he might need to depend on the kindness of people to oversee his well being. I hope that service is given the care and attention that he's bestowed upon his customers.
