This place has terrible customer service! They made me wait 30 minutes & she was really rude. I am no longer coming back & recommend you don't here.

When I think about getting my nails done I think of being relaxed. In this environment it is all about getting you in and out. I believe that I am paying someone upwards of $30.00 to have my nails done they should look good when I leave and have the designs that I want on them. This is not the case here. You are in and then out and that is that. Any other place I have been it takes a full hour for a set of nails (full set or a fill) and I am at of here in 30 minutes or less sometime. This is not good customer service to me.

For Christmas my mother, sister, and I received gift certificates from this "salon" to get pedicures. Unfortunately I had to return to college before we could use them. I came home a few days ago from college and we called to make an appointment to finally use them. However while we were on the phone we saw that there was an expiration date for 6 days ago. We inquired about using it still, explaining how I just returned, and they refused to honor the certificate at full price, saying that they would only honor half price. It would be different had we asked to use them after several months of expiration. This is completely ridiculous, as had they accepted our certificates they would not be losing money! Greed! I will be sure to spread word about this horrible service!
