Heartfelt is the last word I would use to describe this place. Worst service ever. I walked in and she barely glanced my way. After standing there for a few minutes she said "can I help you" not a smile on her face. I described to her the type of dress my sister was looking for and her reply was " what's your budget?" I don't know what that has to do with anything. That should not be the first thing you ask on a special occasion like this. She never got out of her chair and barely pointed at some dresses to look at. This woman has no class! I work at a bank I would never dream of treating my customers this way. If I did I wouldn't have any customers left!

Worst experience ever!! From the beginning the bridesmaids were measured incorrectly so dresses were ordered a size to small. Was told alterations could be done but by the end of the many visits, the dresses did not fit and one ripped open at the seam on the day of the wedding. Had ordered a longer dress for one of the bridesmaids and, due to terrible communication between owner and seamstress, the longer dress ended up being the shortest dress. The dresses were set aside for so long prior to alterations that new ones could not be rush ordered in time nor was the owner even willing to try a rush order especially at her own expense. Owner was also not willing to reduce/refund dresses which she requires you pay for upfront prior to alterations. Wedding dress alterations were also put aside until a week before the wedding. Alterations and bustle were done incorrectly and had to be fixed by another seamstress outside of Heartfelt Bridal within days of the wedding. So beware, she portrays professionalism from the start (our first impression) but you will be surprised as to how quickly the professionalism deteriorates! She will not take blame for any errors on her part and will blame you and your wedding party for anything that goes wrong.
