THey are so friendly and not pushy at all. I loved their helpful attitude and we created the perfect ring for me!

My husband went to many stores looking for a "perfect" ring to surprise me with (I didn't know he was going to propose) and when he came here -they treated him with just as much respect as they did someone who definitely had more money than a poor college student. He spent 4 hours in this store looking at many different kinds of rings, and not once did the man assisting him pressure him into buying one -just to "hurry" him along. He spent the whole time with Zack giving him advice, and showing him multiple options. Because of this -I went to Lee Reads to buy Zack's ring -and I was also treated with just as much respect. And they have a warranty on the rings (all rings are under warranty) that if you loose the diamonds -but still have the band -they will replace the diamonds free of charge. And clean and re-etch engravings every year. We love this store.

Lee Read was amazing to us. Every time I go in to have it cleaned I feel at home. I love that the jewelers are there and they never send it out. I would definitely recommend them. They are willing to work with you.

I came in for a second opinion on my wedding ring of 25 years. Here at Lee Read I had sizing bars put in and ring sized up a half size- huge difference and very satisfied. Thank you Christopher and Darlene for listening to my story.

Took the diamond necklace I had bought from them 6 months ago, for cleaning and polishing and because one stone had also fallen off. They being the best in customer service did all of these free of costs!! Thank you LRJ!!!

I had planned to look at a couple of jewelry stores to buy a wedding ring and I stopped by Lee Reads to have a look. They had a great selection and the staff were patient even though they were busy. I called my girlfriend and she came over o the store and we ended up purchasing there and then. She said that they were excellent and even though I hate shopping i must admit i was impressed.

They have a beautiful collection and we were able to get all our bridal jewelry from here and at a great discounted price.

We were greeted right when we walked in the door and were helped right away. The service was fast and friendly, and they even offered us a drink while we waited for them to take care of our order! The prices were very reasonable as well. We like Jody at Lee Read!
