Meridian Middle School is a coeducational school that provides academic classes to more than 1,500 students in grades six through eight. The school offers various clubs that include bell, builders, chess and spirit club, a student council and the National Junior Honor Society. The school s curriculum includes classes in English, language arts, reading, mathematics, social studies, science and physical education and music. The middle school also offers electives courses in band, art, Spanish, German, Latin, Japanese, home economics and technology. Meridian Middle School students participate in sports, such as football, basketball, track, tennis, volleyball, basketball, track and tennis. The school is operated by the Meridian Joint District and is located in Meridian, Idaho.
