I scheduled in advance with the same nail tech and was placed instead with two nail techs that I did not choose. I had to wait 15 minutes before my gel nail service, after which I wanted another 45 minutes with my feet in water for my pedicure. What should have been a 2 hour service took 3 hours. I was an hour late picking up my daughter from the sitter.
