I would give them none start if it was possible, they are the worst possible property management, they are incompetent, rude and will take months before they fix anything, but be aware if you are renting take pictures of everything in the property especially if is any damage and keep it, because they will find the way to take your deposit money and even change you more money to fix something that is not even Broken, but they won't fix anything because they keep playing the same thing to the next people getting in the property you just left, we rented for two years and to be completely honest we left the property better than we found it,and when we asked for our deposit back the girl on the other side of the desk said that it was berry funny, they give us a huge list of things that need to be replaced like a brand new carpet that it took 20 months for them to replace but ones we left they want us to pay for a carpet replacement. They did the same thing to my sister, well I ges that's how they make their money.

Park Place Management helped take the stress out of being a landlord. Their application process really helped find the right tenants for my property. Future investments will be managed by Park Place as well. Good job.

We have had the pleasure to work with Park Place for several years. They are reasonable, professional, and a company that holds true to their mission statement, which is to help both the owner and residents have a high quality of service from their staff. If we have had any issues, which I can't really think of any, questions would be more like it, they respond in a timely manner and very courteous and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to refer friends or family to either their property management team or their rentals.

I have worked with many property management companies and no company has done a better job than Park Place. It is VERY rate in this industry to find a company you can trust that is actually working to help you rather than to take advantage of you. Since I have moved my properties to Park Place to manage, I have had much much less headaches and enjoyed much higher revenue from my investments.
