I don't know what the problem was with the one star reviewer - went in on a bad day? - but my experience over three different visits (so far) has been the exact opposite! Great burgers and salads, with both beef and chicken, and the food has always been top-notch. My only complaint is the pricing - but considering what truly rancid joints (that shall remain nameless under their arches) are now charging, I guess that's more the economy we live in than the fault of Smashburger. Recommend you give them a try and decide for yourself.

will not go back

I went to this place excited to try their hamburgers and was very disappointed. they're fries are not fresh. the hamburgers weren't a decent size for the price and the cusstomer service sucked.
