The lady that answered the phone at The Flower Place was extremely rude. She gave me attitude from the start and ended up hanging up on me for no reason. I ended up taking my business to another nearby floral shop.

I wasn't satisfied with the service or pricing. My flowers looked old and didn't last more than 3 days, but the staff didn't bother offering me a replacement or refund when I called to explain my disappointment. This is $50 that I'll never get to enjoy or see again.
