I was on hold more than 20mins to inquire about my child's mandatory medicine. A tech picker up the phone several times without answering it and put me back on hold. I had to call on a second phone to tell the cashier that I was still on hold and to get them to answer. I have a screenshot to prove my hold time. They just losteoporosis a faithful, long time customer. I wish there was a no star rating.
