DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE CROOKS. I took my vehicle in for my fuel pump to be replaced and after $1200 I pick it up and on the way home engine light comes on and it starts trying to go dead in the middle of the interstate. Took it back to the dealership and they said oh you need a plug and a coil pack but the receipt states everything passed inspection after fixing the fuel pump!! They just want to milk you dry for every penny they can. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL!!

The absolute WORST dealership I have ever had the misfortune of buying a car from let alone walking into;

1) Abysmil customer service, everyone there is incredibly rude and flat out do not care about anyone. I question their humanity!!

2)Rats running throughout the building

3) Took a razor blade to my paint of my car

4) spelled my name wrong and address on my title

5) never returns calls, ignores them

6)terrible cars

7) awful service jobs

I purchased a brand new transmission from this location for my wife's van on

11/06/2013. I've had to bring the vehicle in four times so far because of poor

installation and missteps made by the technicans. New South Fords service

department is very rude and doesn't act like they want to help me in any way,

also they keep blaming it on other problems that they "think" is wrong with the

vehicle. Today I called to complain about the van not going into second gear.

The service department manager told me that it could be something else wrong

besides the transmission. This component will not also provide a wrecker service

or a rental car to prevent client dissatisfaction. Please stay away from this

company at all possible. I'm very disappointed with the quality of work and

quality of customer service.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! IT IS A RIP OFF WAITING TO HAPPEN! I have NEVER liked New South and I've driven Fords all my life. I have always found their service department rude, inefficient, and inconsiderate. Unfortunately, Bill Ethridge Lincoln was forced out of business by Lincoln and New South was all that was left to work on Fords, so to New South I RELUCTANTLY went. They did not disappoint.



My AC abruptly stopped working a week ago. Not being a complete idiot, I turned it off and did not turn it back on until I had a chance to take it to the dealer to look at it. FIRST, they charged me $60 just to LOOK at it and tell me what was wrong. SECOND, they told me the disc had fallen off the clutch compressor and their technician "just wasnt comfortable replacing it because he didn't know how much damage had been done to the compressor so everything has to be replaced". NONE, says I, cause I TURNED IT OFF AS SOON AS THERE WAS A PROBLEM. "Sorry, just not comfortable doing that". Great. Took the estimate for $1289 to my mechanic and he could not believe it. He asked if they told me what was wrong with it. I said, "yeah, the disc fell off". He opened the hood, tightened something with his hand and told me to start the car and the AC would work. I did and it did. Botttom line: a BOLT had fallen out and the disc to the compressor clutch was loose. He fixed it in 30 minutes for $65. FORD needs to shut this travesty of a service department down permanently and force Lincoln to bring back Bill Ethridge's Service department.



WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO TO NEW SOUTH FORD FOR ANYTHING. They will make your life miserable and rip you off at every opportunity!!

This place needs help!!!

I have been to this dealer 4 times for service and more than I can count trying to get service set up.

The 1st time was for a recall on my nissan truck. Many things went wrong from the very start. The rep ordered the part and would call when it came in so I waited a few days and called to see if it was there ... it was not ordered!! Okay so now the part was ordered and once again they will call upon arrival of the part. Waiting Waiting .. Left town for 3 weeks on vacation. Come home and called they sent the part back because we did not have the repair done in a timely manner!!! ( I was waiting on the call.) Reordered part took it in.. "we will call you when it's ready", the end of the day came no call. So I called they did not have it ready. The job should have taken 2 hrs (per the rep) I dropped it off early that morning there was no reason not to have to finished. They had the truck for 2 whole days. (AND they do not offer "loaner" cars!!!)

This is also true about the 2nd trip in only for the fuel pump they did order the part when they said they did and they didn't return the part. Still no respect for the time of others!!

Oh don't think I'm stopping there ...

One of the back seat belts on my 06 Ford Focus stopped latching, so I called to get price of part and job ...$60 - 75 for part and install doesn't include tax.. Ok we can do that .. ordered the part and WAITED on a call .. tried to call a few times, left some messages (not returned), had front desk walk over some messages (not returned)! So I load up the 3 kids inwhich one had to sit in the front due to the seat belt (VERY UNSAFE) and drove over. The guy was nice so I tried to be. He asked me to come back in a few days. Sir, it is unsafe fro me to drive over with the kids buckled like this.. and I continued to explain the phone calls I had made. (he was still very nice even as I started to rant) Finally the part arrive after the same BS for about another week and half.. got it fixed .. got the bill $$314.00 .. OHHH NO .. So what do I do we can not pay that? SO I called him out on it he took the labor off and I still paid twice as much as I should have.

So now we are at the latest recall on this truck, whick has become a very bitter love/ hate relationship ... love the truck hating Nissan right about now!!! This dealer ship does not understand people have a life and better things to do than call everyday waiting on a part!!! I have called everyday for about 2 1/2 weeks for this part so I could make an appt. I called today and they have the part and the job takes about 3 hrs. The rep stated they have ten parts and can only do 2 a day. Okay I get that. So call I make an appt. for Friday, because that would be perfect for me? My little girl goes to school until 1 pm on Friday and I can take the baby to the mall for a few hrs (It's a 10 min walk). NOPE they don't make appts. So they pretty much want you to call to see if they have a part for your truck drive to the other side of town and wait to see if they can get you in.. they will drop you off somewhere or take you home but that still leaves you with no transportation a place where there is no city transport system and no way to do take care of other things that may have been planned on any given day.





I know my grammar and sentence form may be off a lot. I am by far not a writer and a just a little heated and the moment. I hope you find this is helpful.
