I purchased Bridgestone tires from the Sams club app very easily. I selected the premium tire installation at $15 per tire. The installation was fumbled from the start. Disorganized chaotic technicians running around without management. They could not remove the lugs and kept my car on the rack for almost two hours plus the four I had already waited!

The lack of management resulted in 4 tire technicians leaving the most junior 2 without any support. Totally overwhelmed is an understatement.

Crystal, the back meat manager was called to handle this situation. She was calm and offered me a gift card. She then had an associate handle the counter so that the two technicians could actually work and not be drawn away every 5 minutes to deal with walk-in customers.

This experience has solidified my opinion that the big box stores have lost sight of customer service impact. I will not be using this club for anymore tire service, I will seek professionals with skills and customer service professionalism.
