Infuriating!

While Dr. Purvis's staff was very comforting and friendly, I was very disappointed with Dr. Purvis. I went to him with a specific concern and he dismissed my issue totally! He also treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about by arguing and questioning me about this certain issue. I will definitely NOT be going back to his office and will continue to look for a doctor who is actually concerned about his/ her patients and any issues they may have!!
