I had 2 outside faucets that needed repair.. the handles were broken off and they were leaking and causing flys. I tried to fix them my self, but they were so old, they were way beyond repair.. They needed to be replaced which was way beyond my "paygrade". I called them at their home office and they said they would have one of the plumbers call me to discuss.. This was on a Friday afternoon. In about 30 minutes I got a call. He asked if I could send him pictures of the faucets.. .which I did.. he texted me back a price of $150 per faucet to remove and replace... which included soldering the brass valves to copper pipes. I gave him the green light. In about 30 minutes he showed up.. to my suprise it was Rick himself! Turns out he lives in Meridian.. eventhough their website only shows Cleburne. He said since I was so close to where he lived, he just stopped by on his way home. Also, his wife and kids were with him.. A really nice local family. HIGHLY RECOMEND!
