Myself, along with 15 other loal businesses in NJ bought ad space for a loal McDonald's value book. The value book was not handed out by the local McDonald's. It was supposed to be a 12 week program in which a value book would be given to every customer during one meal per day. Tony from Keystone advised all of us that the fine print says McDonald's is under no obligation to hand out the books during the promotional period. My small business which literally just opened lost $645 for a third of a page Ad. Our salesmen was Steve. The scam was featured in the South Plainfield Observer.
