This place is a complete disgrace and disappointment. My mom just moved to Merrick from NYC and has been looking for a nail salon to go on a weekly basis so decided to walk into this *hit hole. She was on a long distance phone call and was excited to hear back from her relatives as she walked into this poor excuse of a business and was asked to be quite and not speak "Spanish " because the clients do not like it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME !!!!!! Do we not live in the USA where we can speak what ever the HELL we want. My mother IS NOT an illegal immigrant she speaks Spanish English and American Sign Language. HOW DARE YOU !!! Then my mom being the innocent descent human being she is stayed and did her nails. By the way my 14 year old daughter can give a better manicure then these thieves. When my mom was leaving the owner approached my mother and told her a minimum tip should be $4. WHAT !!!!! Excuse me your lucky she gave you $3. With the terrible job you did. I am going to report you to the BBB so be ready your business is a joke. There are plenty of nail salons in Merrick you are not exclusive and NOT the best. Obviously we will never go back there again.
