CUSTOMER SERVICE does not exist!My waverunner is still in for service after 5 weeks!!! Got the ski back finally after 4 weeks(new computer installed) only to break down the first day after the repair, had to get towed back! Promptly dropped it off. Chuck said no problem we will look at it first thing tue morning.They haven't even looked at it yet. They put me on the back of the list LoL!!! They only have 1 mechanic for a Yamaha authorized dealer.They do not return calls you have to call them when they are there? Thanks Whaleneck!!! I Will update my review and let you know what the outcome is.
