I recently went to this store location to exchange a facinator. It was purchased Thursday of last week and had NEVER been worn. The tag was still attached. I knew that I was not entitled to a refund, but wanted to exchange it. The man behind the counter told me that hats weren't exchangeable. I asked to see the store policy as I did not see that when I made my purchase, nor was it told to me. He told me that it had been posted but not there now. I replied that it was not my problem that it was no longer posted. I then referred to the sign that was which stated No Refunds, only exchanges and store credit. Nowhere did it say not applicable to unworn hats. It was quite evident that the hat had not been worn. Had I seen such a posting I probably would not have made the purchase. I am very disappointed that this man obviously doesn't have a grasp of the law! I have made a complaint with the BBB and a posting on Facebook to my family and friends. I will NEVER purchase anything else from this location!!
